Get involved and help the Cape Cod Center for the Arts

educate and benefit the public through the promotion and

fostering of music, drama, horticulture and the arts.

Join the CCCArts Friends Organization

Remain a valued Friend of the Cape Cod Center for the Arts by

making an unrestricted gift of $50 or more each calendar year. 

Your annually recurring, tax-deductible donations both

help the CCCArts achieve its mission and serve as an entrée to events

and activities the CCCArts plans for its loyal supporters.

Organize Social Events for Friends

A benefit of supporting the CCCArts is an invitation to social outings

and activities with groups made up of other Friends.  Volunteers are needed

to help organize and plan events for the Singles, Couples, and

“Out and About” Groups that are now forming.

This is a great way to network, put party-planning skills to work

and simply meet others who support the arts.

Promote Friend Events

Help encourage attendance at events the CCCArts organizes to

thank its Friends for donating to our mission.  Call from home on your own

time using the names, telephone numbers and sample script the CCCArts

provides for your convenience.

Staff our Giving Table

Promote giving to the CCCArts among Cape Playhouse audience

members at all performances.  Volunteers are needed to staff a

giving table in the theatre lobby before, during, and after each show. 

Distribute donation envelopes and sell fundraising raffle

tickets and let others know why they should be a CCCArts Friend.

Write a Testimonial

Tell us in your own words about the positive experiences you have

enjoyed due to your association with the CCCArts.  Your narrative may

be used in future publications or on the CCCArts’s

website at www.capecodcenterforthearts.org.

Ask Businesses for Raffle Items

Assist the CCCArts’ mission by asking local merchants for

specialty items and gift certificates while running your errands! 

All items donated will support the CCCArts, and sponsors will be

featured in marketing and advertising materials.

Host an Event

Hosting a dinner or less formal reception at your home for an intimate

gathering of your acquaintances and new prospects of the

CCCArts will assist us in determining who may be

interested in donating to our mission.  Even more,

your payment for the event itself serves

as a tax-deductible gift to the CCCArts.

Thank New Friends of the CCCArts

A personal thank-you note from another member of the CCCArts’

group of Friends will encourage new donors to stay active. 

With guidance from the CCCArts, this activity can be

done anywhere and on your own time, making it a flexible

way to participate.

Sponsor an Event

Money spent by the CCCArts on Friends or fundraising events is

money that cannot directly support the CCCArts’ important mission. 

Your gift of paying the costs for an up-coming event ensures lower

costs for the CCCArts and therefore higher

yields for its programming.

Have an idea for another way you could assist our mission? 

Want to spend a few hours weeding in the gardens?

Eager to hoist a paint brush to a building?

Interested in working backstage at the Cape Playhouse with our interns? 

Happy to serve as needed on ad hoc projects at the CCCArts?
